Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards can be used for the purchases made on dallabs.com with no additional processing fees and valid for 2 years.
Shipping & Returns
We're proud to offer free ground shipping for all $50+ orders shipped within the Contiguous US. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have $50 or more of product in your cart (before sales tax). We do not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) at this time, but you can still order our products with an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined by the standard rates of your preferred carrier. We ship orders using various carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. Shipping carrier will be determined by DAL LABS at the time of shipping based on end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within five (5) business days. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. We do ship internationally but additional shipping fees apply to international shipments. Gift cards won't be physically mailed but delivered via email thus available for immediate use.
In order to keep our community safe, we've implemented additional measures which may cause a slight delay of 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). Shipping times vary between carriers. Please note that we cannot account for carrier delays that may occur. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking info.
Shipping for the commissioned or dropshipped products linked to our partnering retailers will be solely handled/tracked by such partners and governed by their shipping guidelines.
We hope that you enjoy our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We ask that you notify us if the product is defected within 7 days of the receipt of your order. For our supplement s and skincare products, while we do not take return products, we will be able to re-ship a new product or offer store credit if there was an issue with the original product shipped directly from DAL LABS. For the commissioned or dropshipped products linked to our partnering retailers will be solely handled by such partners and governed by their return policies.
